My Story
Redefining the dental hygiene experience.
My name is Meghan Bourgeault, I graduated from John Abbott College with a degree in dental hygiene in 2018, where I was honored to receive the Sunstar Excellence in Prevention Award. Working in traditional dental offices throughout my career allowed me to collaborate with excellent, dedicated dentists who strengthened my clinical foundation and helped me deepen my understanding of diagnostics and treatment planning.
Why I Chose A Different Path
I knew there had to be a more intentional way to practice, one where each visit became an opportunity to educate, intervene early, and support long-term health trajectories. I began envisioning a model of care that allowed time for comprehensive assessment, individualized planning, and evidence-based preventive strategies. A space designed not only for patients with complex needs, chronic conditions, or anxiety, but for anyone who valued a more thorough and personalized approach to their oral health.
Pioneering a New Paradigm in Dental Care
When the Québec legislature amended Law 15 in September 2020—formally recognizing the advanced training and clinical judgment of dental hygienists—I saw the opportunity to create the kind of practice I had always envisioned: one built on clinical excellence, deeper patient connection, and meaningful preventive care.
By 2026, I brought that vision to life. I created a space centered around advanced preventive technologies and a personalized, systems-aware approach to care. I built a framework that allows for thorough assessment of the biological and behavioral factors that may be influencing your oral health. Together, we’ll review findings and design a care plan tailored to your unique needs—laying the groundwork for stronger, long-term oral and overall health.
